Tackling Fashion Trends: Roller Skating Hipster

I have mentioned before that it’s one of my life long goals to become or be known as a hipster. And, to stay ever so true to this life long goal I made it a part of my 20 something duty to buy some killer roller skates straight from the 1970s (seriously they were USED) all while Instagraming myself back to the 1960’s. Seems appropriate, right?

They may not be Manolo Blahnik’s or Christian Louboutin’s… let’s be real they’re not even Steve Madden’s, but when you’re wearing white ankle lace up bootie skates with hot pink wheels who can resist writing about them on your fashion blog. So let’s just call them… vintage.
