TJ Maxx/Marshalls Secret Santa! Get SJP’s Socks!

Okay ladies and a few gents, I am finally ready to share my experience as a participant in a Bloggers Secret Santa event through TJ Maxx/Marshalls.

With a $50 budget and a Secret Santa fashion blogger, Selective Potential, I was on a mission to shop as a certified Maxxionista!

I did have doubts about being able to find something. I wasn’t quite sure what to buy a blogger from Michigan whom I’d never met, and I was afraid of being overwhelmed by the massive store. Instead, it was beyond easy shopping at my local TJ Maxx. In fact it was probably too easy!

I found my gift in the first 10 minutes then continued to roam the store for another hour or maybe it was two, leaving the sales associates to wonder if I was stealing something or just didn’t have a life. I quickly found a silver classic DKNY watch for only $39.99 and then bought a pack of OPI nail polish for $6.99!

Don’t believe it? Believe it!

I had officially shopped, shipped, and then received my own TJ Maxx/Marshalls gift just a couple weeks later! When I opened my early Christmas box sent by the fellow fashion blogger I was nervous and excited to open it. Not mention it arrived on my birthday! How fitting?!

It was a super chic black with gold detail Steve Madden bag and Betsey Johnson over the knee argyle socks all for under $50!! You heard right..Steve Madden bag for under $50! And check out the socks on SJP herself below!

As a well known clothing store, I was surprised by the amount and quantity of bags, shoes, and accessories! Fossil watches for under $50, Calvin Klein shoes, etc..

There is no doubt that if you’re on a 20 something budget but have the reputation of being somewhat of a designer whore I suggest hitting up your local TJ Maxx or Marshalls!

And last but not least, don’t be down and out about this Reccesionista and simply become a Maxxionista!
